Build Your Inquiry List

Add the automotive parts you need to your Inquiry List. Include quantities, OE numbers, vehicle details, and any special requirements to help us identify the right parts.

• Add multiple parts to one inquiry.
• Provide quantities and available OE references.
• Include vehicle information when fitment verification is required.

Receive Your Quotation

Our sales team reviews your requirements, checks part references and availability, and prepares a quotation based on quantities, shipping arrangements, and agreed trade terms.

• Part prices and quantities
• Shipping costs and destination
• Trade terms, such as EXW, FOB, or CIF, where applicable

Reference prices are indicative. Final prices, availability, shipping costs, and trade terms are confirmed in the official quotation.

Review and Confirm Your Order

Review the final quotation, part specifications, quantities, delivery arrangements, and payment terms. Once everything is correct, confirm the quotation and proceed with order creation.

An inquiry or quotation request alone does not constitute a confirmed order. The quotation and subsequent order confirmation must be agreed by both parties.

Complete Payment

Make payment according to the agreed contract or Proforma Invoice (PI), including the payment amount, method, and deadline.

Payment arrangements are subject to the mutually agreed contract and order terms.

International Shipping & Delivery

After the order and payment arrangements are confirmed, we coordinate the agreed international courier or freight shipment and arrange delivery to the destination specified in the order.

• International courier or freight
• Export and shipping documentation, where applicable
• Delivery according to the agreed shipping terms

Shipping method, documentation, and delivery timing depend on the destination and agreed order terms.
